Paul Raptis

Head Coach & Owner

Paul is an Athletics Coach, Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Exercise Physiologist. His journey into health and fitness became very personal after being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 2009. Since then, he has seen firsthand how powerful exercise can be in managing chronic conditions and improving overall quality of life.

​

Over the years, Paul has had the privilege of working in some of Sydney’s leading schools, gyms, pools, athletes and coaches. Paul has predominantly worked with junior and emerging athletes, utilising the Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) framework to guide his philosophy and attitude to sport.

 

Paul's Purpose Statement is "To continue to grow and develop, so that I can be the best coach I can be for any person, and for many modes of physical activity."

Paul has completed a Master’s degree in High Performance Sport and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology. He also holds Athletics Australia Level 3 Middle- & Long-Distance, ASCA Level 2 (Associate) and ESSA (Exercise Physiologist) accreditation.

 

Paul's hobbies include competing in middle-/long-distance running and sprint triathlons, as well as collecting trading cards and watching the NRL.
 

Paul is very excited to bring his knowledge, experience, and energy to help you achieve your goals—whatever they may be!
