How are the training programs delivered?

Different services for our athletes will have slightly different methods of program delivery.
All monthly running and swimming sessions will have sessions uploaded to Final Surge, where you can access your program on your phone and sync your sessions to your smartwatch.
For our Strength & Conditioning services, you have the option to join Teambuildr or have a PDF copy of your program/s sent through via email.
Finally, if you are not on a monthly plan and are just attending in-person sessions (e.g., Raptors Run Club), sessions will be provided and explained to you when you arrive to training.
How am I able to get in touch with my Coach? How often can I contact?
Coaches are able to be contacted via phone, social media or email, and will reply to any question, query or concern at a reasonable time. You can contact us as many times as you see necessary. We prefer more communication than less, so the more the better!

What do I need to do to start training with Raptors Performance?

Before starting a monthly subscription service with Raptors Performance, we require some things from you:
1. Create an account. This will be available to do upon signing up for one of our monthly services.
2. Once you've created an account, an email will follow containing 3 forms you will need to fill out, sign and upload.
3. Get in contact with your coach to let them know everything is filled out, and you are ready to train with us!
4. Turn up to your session ready to achieve your goals!
