What is the GLA:D Program?

What is GLA:D?

GLA:D stands for Good Life with OsteoArthritis from Denmark. It is a program that involves researchers, clinicians and patients, designed to ensure strong delivery of guidelines for osteoarthritis care.

Who runs the program & how is it run?

This program is run by our Head Coach & Owner, Paul, and is done so entirely online.

This means you can complete all these sessions in the comfort of your own home!

What is involved?

This program consists of 16 sessions:

An initial assessment

Two (2) Educational Sessions

12 Exercise sessions across 6 weeks

A 3-month follow-up assessment

We will organise all your bookings to ensure you are available for all sessions!

Can I get this through my Private Health?

How much does it cost? And what do I need?

The entire program costs $400. This includes all services involved.

What equipment do I need?

The basic equipment needed includes:

1. Sturdy chair

2. Therabands of varying resistance

3. Stair or stepper

4. Exercise Mat

If you are missing any equipment, we are happy to provide recommendations for equipment
