GLA:D Exercise Program

1 hOnline Zoom Meeting

These exercise sessions are designed to help manage your hip and/or knee osteoarthritis. As part of the GLA:D program, after our initial consultation and education sessions, participants must perform two (2) exercise sessions per week for 6 weeks before undertaking a reassessment. These programs are designed to meet your needs and can be modified by your level of experience with pain or the ease/difficulty of your program! What you will need for these sessions includes: 1. Therabands to add some light-moderate resistance 2. A firm chair that can be placed against a wall for our hip & knee specific exercises 3. A stair/stepper for our lower body exercises 4. A Swiss Ball for pelvic & core exercises 5. A matt to lie on for some exercises

Cancellation Policy

Can book up to 30 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled session, and can cancel your booking up to 6 hours prior to session start. Where possible, if looking to cancel a session, you must let the coach running the session know, otherwise a $10 cancellation fee will be invoiced and must be paid within 5 business days.
