Welcome to the 4-week Bootcamp Challenge! The goal of this program is to provide individuals with a program that challenges them in a boot camp style, ultimately helping people attain any health and fitness-related goals they have in mind (e.g., losing weight).

Note: This challenge is designed for those who have had previous exposure to a gym setting and fitness training in the past. This challenge is NOT recommended for those who are new to strength and fitness training.

 

This challenge has three (3) types of training sessions, twice per week, over 6 days. These include Running, Strength and Circuit Sessions to challenge you in most aspects of health & fitness.
