This 12-week program aims to provide guidance and structure to your gym routine, with two weights sessions, one body weight circuit session and one aerobics program each week. These are divided across 3 x 4 week

blocks, where the first three weeks build upon the next, and the fourth week as a lighter week to prepare you for the next block.

 

This 12-week program is designed for those who have anywhere from 6 weeks to 2 years of experience training in a gym setting (i.e., body weight, weighted and cardio machines). You are allowed to increase/decrease the level of difficulty & weight of each exercise. However, Rappie's Coaching Co. will not be responsible for any injuries or harm that occurs from modifications to the program.

 

All these programs can be printed out, and as you progress through each session you can cross out or tick each rep box you complete. It is recommended you have a water bottle, gym towel, appropriate footwear and suitable workout gear. Ensure that you are ok to exercise before each session, if you have any medical conditions make sure you are cleared to exercise (by both your GP and gym) and you have any medication or supplies ready in case of any emergencies.
